6.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had various problems that didn't justify the price, lacking basic amenities like a tub, proper TV, table, chairs, and power outlets. On the bright side, the rooms with a Jacuzzi, balcony, table, chairs, working TV, and electric outlets were pleasant. However, noise and leaking A/C were an issue at times.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit disappointing with the lack of essential amenities, but the upgraded rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.
Service
7.0
The service was a mix of enthusiastic staff who were eager to assist despite the language barrier, but some instances like a charge for a damaged towel left a negative impression.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, just a block away from the Malecon and in a safe area, but some key places were a bit far by foot.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was inconsistent, ranging from simple and nice options to disappointing choices. The prices were reasonable for some meals, but value varied.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities offered were basic and sufficient during my stay.
